This one’s for the mamas (or anyone else who wants to join, honestly). Join is at Busy B’s RI in Johnston, Rhode Island for an hour of meditation, sound healing, and collective reiki.. Come on your own, or bring the kids because child watch is available. Your littles will play in safe and nurturing playroom while supervised by dedicated staff members while you take a moment to unwind and recharge.

This Month’s Meditation is all about “spring cleaning” our energy, setting intentions for the season, and finding harmony within. These meditations are held virtually on zoom, and are held on a sliding scale, meaning you choose what you pay! Sliding scale is anywhere from $0-$30. Please register regardless of where you fall on the sliding scale so we can get the zoom link to you. Registration is via a google form, and information on payment is included in the description, if that applies to you.

Join Hearth & Soul on Zoom for a virtual collective healing experience. Distance healing is just as effective as in person, and the collective energy of us coming together with common intentions elevates the reiki experience. Perfect as a refresher in between individual sessions, as a way to unwind before bed, or if you’ve been looking to try reiki for the first time.
