Reiki Healing
Reiki healing sessions are approximately one hour in length and include elements of meditation, sound healing, shamanic drumming, crystal healing, and aromatherapy. Reiki helps to ground and relax the body, cleanse the energy, and promote an overall sense of wellbeing. Reiki can help improve sleep, improve stress management, help with managing anxiety, depression, and physical pain and discomfort.
Reiki is a safe and useful complimentary approach to add into your wellness routine.
In Person sessions take place in our private healing space in Swnasea, Massachusetts.
Distance (virtual) Healing takes place via Zoom. Distance sessions are available for 30 or 60 minute appointments. Distance Reiki is just as effective as in person healing and is a fantastic option for those needing scheduling flexibility.

Integrated Energy Therapy
IET is an energy healing modality that works with the Nine Healing Angels of the energy field to clear limiting energies from cellular memory areas throughout the body and replace them with more positive, empowering energies that more effectively promote our self-healing capabilities.
IET is a useful approach for releasing energetic blocks that result in challenges such as self-doubt, anger, limiting beliefs, hearth ache, etc. IET does not make us “forget” these experiences, but helps us to bring these emotions to the surface so we can work through them, release the hold they have on us, and reclaim our power.
Sessions are available for booking for in person at our private healing space in Swansea, Massachusetts, and distance/virtual sessions via Zoom.

Our Key Principles For a Trauma-Informed Practice
Safe and Predictable Environment. Creating a safe and predictable environment is crucial for fostering a sense of security. We ensure that our healing space is calm, welcoming, and free of distractions. Clients are encouraged to express any concerns they may have about the environment or healing process, and we work collaboratively to address those needs.
Unique Needs and Preferences. We recognize each person’s journey is distinct. During our initial consultations, we invite clients to share their individual needs, preferences, and any past and present experiences that may impact their healing. This includes but is not limited to preferences for level of touch vs. a no-touch approach, sensitivities to sounds, aromas, sitting vs. laying down, sensitive areas on the body, etc.
Client Empowerment Through Collaboration. Empowerment is at the heart of our practice, and healing is a collaborative journey. Clients are invited to participate actively in their sessions, making choices about techniques, the pace of the session, focus of the session, and voicing their unique needs and intentions throughout.
Emphasis on Grounding. Grounding techniques are integrated into our sessions to help clients feel more connected to their bodies and the present moment. We offer various grounding exercises, such as deep breathing, visualization, and mindfulness practices to help clients establish a sense of stability and calmness, especially when navigating challenging emotional releases or sensations.
Understanding Trauma’s Impact. We maintain a compassionate awareness of how trauma can affect the body. Trauma can manifest in physical sensations, emotional responses, and a heightened state of alertness, particularly in new situations. We are trained to recognize these signs and adjust our approach accordingly, ensuring each client feels secure throughout their healing process.

We take into account the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of each individual, understanding that true healing comes from nurturing all aspects of self. We meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences, strengths, and challenges.

Education. We work with clients to identify how their energetic blocks are linked to past and present experiences and life events. By understanding these connections, clients gain insight into how their bodies store and manifest limiting emotions and beliefs about themselves. This awareness helps clients to understand the root of these blockages, and empowers clients to release them.
Client Empowerment. We support clients in connecting with their inner wisdom and power to discover their self-healing capabilities, which empowers self-confidence and autonomy in the client’s healing journey.
Integration. We introduce clients to spiritual practices that align with their individual needs and beliefs, helping them integrate healing into their everyday lives. Practices may include mindfulness, prayer, journaling, and grounding. Such practices serve as tools to maintain balance, harmony, and nourishment of the mind, body, and soul.
Community. Energy healing is a powerful tool in a client’s healing journey, and healing is enhanced when we address growth from a holistic standpoint of mind, body, and spirit, combining Eastern and Western approaches. At Hearth & Soul, we honor and nurture our relationship with our community partners, and help to connect clients to competent professionals that can assist them in integrating various healing approaches that meet their unique needs.
